At the same time we develop the design for your project, we also develop a detailed cost breakdown.  While it’s common to find a pool builder who will provide a pool bid for you, it’s uncommon to find a builder who will provide a cost breakdown which includes the cost of the entire project in one bid – the building structures, any changes to the existing home, the pool, any outdoor water features, and the landscaping.

We often find that knowledge of design and constructability (which includes cost-effectiveness of design) are two very different things.  There could be a significant savings by having a knowledgeable Builder design your waterscape and outdoor living space.

Significant topography?  That is our specialty.  We are one of the only pool construction companies which engineers our pools when necessary.  For years, the swimming pool industry has been largely unregulated.  This has caused poor engineering and construction practices to become commonplace.  This is precisely why we began building our own pools with our homes – to provide a high quality alternative to our clients.

We are one of the only builders that provide a comprehensive cost estimate with the original design. This gives our customers a “Proof of Concept” that the project they have been dreaming of is a project they can afford.
