That’s why we developed our web-based Automated Change Order and Warranty System – so that both during and after the project, you can communicate with your builder simply and quickly.

Jenkins developed this unique system in-house so it is the only one of its kind. The system combines e-mail and a Personal Home Page to provide convenient access and notification for our clients. It allows you to request changes, get pricing, see all change orders and their status, and know at any time exactly what you have spent as well as communicate when you require warranty service.
